This role is ideal for an existing Junior Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in their career within a quality-driven environment.

Operating Wednesday evening through to Sunday lunch, the business offers a structured working week that is increasingly rare within hospitality.

The Role
Working closely with the Chef Patron and senior kitchen team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the leadership of the kitchen during prep and service
* Running sections confidently and maintaining consistency throughout service
* Assisting with menu development, testing, and seasonal changes
* Supporting ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
* Training and developing junior members of the brigade
* Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety
* Contributing ideas and helping drive continuous improvement throughout the operation
This is a hands-on role offering genuine responsibility and the opportunity to learn from an ambitious and experienced team.

About You
* Current Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie
* Experience within Michelin Guide, Rosette, or quality fresh-food kitchens
* Passionate about seasonal British produce and modern cooking
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Calm, organised, and professional under pressure
* Positive attitude with a desire to learn and progress
* A natural team player who leads by example

Working Pattern
One of the major attractions of this role is the structured rota:
* Monday: Closed
* Tuesday: Closed
* Wednesday: Evening service only
* Thursday to Saturday: Lunch and dinner service
* Sunday: Lunch service only
