A niche, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team.
The role:
Commercial and residential property matters Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers Title reviews and Land Registry work Gradually managing your own caseload (mentored and supported)
The candidate:
Newly qualified or 1–2 PQE property lawyer Positive, solution-focused, and keen to learn Organised with attention to detail
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5/week
