?? DBS Requirement:
This role requires a current Enhanced DBS certificate covering both Adults & Children.
Doing:
* Leading kitchen operations in care homes and school environments
* Creating and delivering balanced, appealing menus tailored to dietary needs
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
* Managing stock, budgets, and supplier relationships
* Supporting a positive kitchen culture and mentoring junior staff
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and allergen management
* Flexibility to work across multiple sites in West Yorkshire
* Enhanced DBS for Adults & Children (essential)
