Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated EYFS / SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the NP25 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the foundation stage of children’s education, supporting pupils with additional learning needs (ALN/SEND) in a caring and structured environment. About the Role: Support pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping them develop key skills through play-based learning. Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD or developmental delay. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans and promote positive behaviour. Help create a warm, inclusive and engaging classroom environment where every child can thrive. Encourage communication, social interaction and independence through creative and supportive approaches. Ideal Candidate: Experience working in EYFS or with SEND pupils. A patient, caring and proactive individual with a genuine passion for early years education. Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children and staff. Understanding of child development and strategies to support emotional regulation and communication.
