£31,067 - £32,654 (FTE) Full-time all year round including INSET days, 36.25 hours per week.
The Data and Assessment Administrator plays a vital role in the Education and Training sector, specifically in the Greater Manchester area. Key responsibilities include:
* Collating, inputting, and maintaining accurate data relating to student assessments and progress.
* Producing detailed reports and analysis based on assessment data for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assisting in the coordination and administration of assessments and examinations.
* Supporting staff in using assessment tools and systems effectively.
* Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality protocols.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
* A relevant qualification in Administration or Data Management.
* Demonstrable experience in data entry and analysis within an educational setting.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Proficiency in using data management software and Microsoft Office applications.
A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics is required. Additional qualifications in Administration or Data Management are desirable.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the education sector.
* Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A certification or training in data analysis or assessment administration would be advantageous.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Sale, Greater Manchester. The standard working hours are expected to be 36.25 hours per week, with occasional flexibility required during peak assessment periods. The salary range for this role is between £31,067 and £32,654 per annum (FTE).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
