Your purpose will be to engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms. This includes upholding high standards of cleanliness, gym floor interaction, leading inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes.
Responsibilities:
1. Place the member experience at the heart of everything you do by engaging with members on the gym floor.
2. Deliver welcoming and engaging tours to prospective members, aligning with JD Gyms brand standards.
3. Lead engaging group exercise classes.
4. Conduct informative member inductions.
5. Support prospective members with joining procedures as required.
6. Perform club standards checks, ensuring accurate recording in line with JD Gyms procedures.
7. Provide ad hoc support to members as needed.
8. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness as set by Gym Management.
9. Uphold excellent brand standards, ensuring safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
10. Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
11. Operate in a safe, legal, and compliant manner at all times.
12. Consider energy, environmental issues, and waste management proactively.
13. Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or developments.
