About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the individual needs of primary-aged students.
* Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support for each child.
* Use a range of teaching strategies to promote communication, social interaction, and independence.
* Monitor progress and adapt learning plans to meet the needs of each student.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience working with primary-aged children with SEND and complex needs.
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Passionate about inclusive education and helping children reach their potential.
