Qualifications
* Degree in Psychology, Criminology or related field (not essential but helpful).
* Experience in youth work, care or mentoring.
* Exposure to SEMH, SEND or PRU.
* Tutoring, coaching or creative skills.
* Behaviour support training (or willing to learn).
* Calm, patient and genuinely empathetic.
* Confident in building relationships with young people.
* Resilient.
* Keen to learn and get stuck in.

Remuneration
Pay rates quoted (£93–£118 per day) are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, although some cases may lead to a permanent role.
