Job Type: Permanent Salary: £65kp/a Location: Farnham Excellent benefits packageKey Responsibilities: Design and manage engaging marketing campaigns across digital, direct, and in-person channels Create high-quality proposals, presentations, sample packs, and targeted outreach materials Oversee social media content and quick-turn communications Develop and refine the marketing strategy in line with business goals Gather market insights and competitor intel to strengthen positioning Work with leadership on strategic initiatives such as new market launches or sector targeting Collaborate with business development and account managers to support lead generation and client engagement Build and improve the sales toolkit - from pitch decks to case studies Help implement a more streamlined, scalable “lead to client” journey Coordinate international event participation, including trade shows and conferences Build relationships with partners, suppliers, and creative agencies Support cross-company campaigns, product showcases, and co-branded initiatives Manage internal marketing efforts - newsletters, value-led campaigns, company updates Support culture, branding, and communication during business transformationSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements: A creative mindset and hands-on marketing experience (3 years) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategy, with experience delivering campaigns from start to finish Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders Confident using project tracking tools Previous work with international or contract-based businesses is a bonus Willingness to travel occasionally as per business needHow to Apply If you are a marketing all-rounder ready to take ownership of a role that combines strategy, creativity, and delivery, we would like to hear from you.
