The day to day
You’ll be right at the heart of it, supporting your Store Manager, keeping the team motivated, and ensuring customers leave with what they came in for (and a smile). When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep things running smoothly with confidence and care. You’ll drive store initiatives, keep communication flowing, create a positive, inclusive vibe, and help ensure the store and team are thriving.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example to deliver great customer service and drive commercial success.
* Contribute to day-to-day store operations and customer experiences.
* Support the Store Manager and coach team members to grow their skills.
* Drive communication, store initiatives, and a positive working environment.
* Monitor and contribute to the store’s performance metrics.
