The Role
You will work across various schools within the Trust, supporting pupils from EYFS to Key Stage 2. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Supporting class teachers to deliver engaging and stimulating lessons.
Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support, including for pupils with SEND.
Assisting with phonics activities and literacy/numeracy development.
Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualification: A minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience: Experience working with children in a primary school setting.
Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Traits: A caring, adaptable, and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
