English Teacher (Maternity Cover) – Stockport Secondary School We are excited to offer a rewarding maternity cover position for a skilled and enthusiastic English teacher at a successful secondary school in Stockport. This fixed-term role, starting September 2025, is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a supportive environment and wants to make a meaningful impact in students’ literacy and communication skills. You will be responsible for teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, preparing students for GCSE examinations while fostering a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking.
