The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a forward thinking and innovative business located in Spalding, who are focusing on reshaping the future within their industry. There is a current succession plan in place, which means they are now on the lookout for an ambitious and personable newly qualified Accountant, to join them as a Finance Analyst.
This opportunity is tailor made for a commercially minded accountant, who thrives on liaising with stakeholders and has a genuine interest in the wider areas of the business outside of finance.
Duties in the role will include:
1. Providing business units with weekly and period end reporting, accompanied by analysis and insight.
2. Providing accurate and in depth management information to support decision making.
3. Creating budgets and forecasts for a number of key business areas.
4. Liaising with other departments in relation to pricing.
5. Preparation of financial models and management of project expenditure.
So what does the ideal candidate look like? You will need to be an ACCA or CIMA newly qualified accountant, or be on the last few papers, or level of your exam.
This is a unique position that offers training on the job and immense progression opportunities that are already planned out within the team.
The salary for the role is paying up to £55,000 per annum, the business is Spalding based, you is office based 5 days a week.
