Addictions Therapist | Private Hospital, Bromley
Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time
We are looking for a committed and compassionate Addictions Therapist to join our dedicated team at a leading private hospital in Bromley. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact, supporting adults through their recovery journey in a professional and therapeutic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions for adults experiencing addictions.
* Deliver comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and progress reviews.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists.
* Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and relapse prevention programmes.
* Contribute to ongoing service development and promote best practice in addiction therapy.
About You:
* Relevant qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, or related field.
* Experience working with individuals affected by addictions in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
* Strong therapeutic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Registration/accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, HCPC) is desirable.
* Passion for supporting recovery and promoting positive outcomes.
