Running a warm desk focused on the Lloyd’s of London / specialist insurance market – likely in Claims or Underwriting
Building and managing long-term relationships with insurers, syndicates, MGAs, and brokers
Developing new business with your own trusted network and incoming leads
Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from briefing to offer
360 recruitment experience within the Lloyd’s or London Market insurance space
~ Confidence in business development, especially within specialist claims or underwriting roles
~ 35,000 – £45,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
~ Flexible hours and full autonomy over your working day
~ Remote first – with an optional hybrid office space in Essex if preferred
