Overview
Graduate Apprenticeship 2026 – Property/Energy/Construction. The 30-month training programme involves working alongside experienced lawyers in one of Kennedys' legal teams while studying with BPP one day per week. You will have a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, plus a tutor and skills coach at BPP to support you at work and in your studies.
Programme and Qualifications
Over the course of the programme you will gain Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) by working on real cases with experienced legal professionals, while studying towards a Level 6 CILEX qualification. You will also prepare for and complete the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE), paving the way to becoming a qualified solicitor.
This route provides an alternative to a traditional rotational training contract and allows you to earn while you learn, building a solid foundation for a successful legal career. Graduates looking to start the programme must have completed a law degree or a non-law degree and a law conversion course prior to starting with Kennedys. Kennedys will fully fund your training during the programme.
Team and Clients
Kennedys team specialise in property, energy and construction insurance claims, assisting insurers and reinsurers of major multi-national companies with global exposures. We provide coverage advice and defend high-value, international and complex claims.
