This role puts you at the heart of Workday transformation projects—where strategy meets tech and employee experience. You'll work with a creative, collaborative team that loves tackling HR challenges through innovation, data, and design.
Your Day-to-Day ?
Lead the design and deployment of Workday solutions (Journeys, Learning, Reporting, and more)
Turn business requirements into smart, scalable Workday configurations
Be a go-to expert on Workday functionality and HR best practices
Run testing phases, support UAT, and ensure successful implementations
Troubleshoot tricky issues like a pro ?
Mentor junior team members and share the love (and knowledge)
Document everything clearly—functional specs, process flows, training materials
Help clients plan their Workday roadmap and drive change
Bring new ideas to the table—new services, tools, and ways of working
Fly the flag at events, showcases, and internal communities ?
What You’ll Need
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
Deep understanding of HR processes + how they live inside Workday
Strong knowledge of integration points and the Workday roadmap
Great communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills
Experience in Agile delivery environments ?
A passion for solving problems and improving how people work
Ability to document and explain processes clearly
Nice-to-Haves ?
Certifications in Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Learning, Recruiting, PEX)
Experience in consulting or professional services environments
Success in matrixed teams and cross-functional collaboration
