Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Commissioning Manager based in London. The role involves managing the commissioning process for building services and systems to ensure compliance with project specifications. Key responsibilities include overseeing commissioning schedules, monitoring system performance, facilitating handover processes, and collaborating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. The role will also require ensuring timely completion of projects and providing solutions to technical challenges during implementation.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Commissioning Management, with the ability to oversee and execute effective commissioning processes
* Strong understanding of Building Services, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Experience in Project Management, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution of various construction phases
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Professional qualifications or certifications in building services or a related field are highly desirable
* Experience with health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and energy performance objectives
