Job Purpose
To lead, implement, and manage an effective design and development function, ensuring the companys design control framework, competitiveness, and strategic objectives are consistently achieved and maintained.

Key Duties
* Agree design solutions in collaboration with Sales and Creative teams.
* Take overall responsibility for the design and development direction across all projects.
* Ensure specifications and all relevant documentation are uploaded to Source within agreed timelines.
* Manage workload effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Provide technical support to production, including assembly setup through to first-off manufacture.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure all designs are delivered within approved project budgets.
2. Ensure all required technical details (specifications, BOMs, drawings, etc.) are complete and accurate for smooth handover to internal and external production teams.
