We are working exclusively with a well-established and growing UK-based manufacturer of bespoke cleaning and hygiene chemical products is seeking a talented Development & Regulatory Chemist Manager. The Role
This is a hands-on role that blends practical laboratory work with regulatory leadership. You’ll be actively involved in the formulation and development of new products while also managing compliance and quality systems. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading technical regulatory affairs and ensuring compliance with UK and EU chemical regulations.
2. Preparing and submitting documentation such as SDS, TDS, and registration dossiers.
3. Monitoring regulatory changes and advising on their impact.
4. Working directly in the lab to develop and test innovative surfactant-based formulations for I&I, medical, food, and personal care applications.
