* Coordinate training schedules, venues, logistics, and attendance.
* Select and manage external training providers as needed.
* Develop and maintain the Annual Company Training Plan.
* Evaluate L&D interventions, reporting on effectiveness, KPIs, and return on investment.

Compliance & LMS

* Oversee all compliance learning and completion rates via the Learning Management System.
* Maintain the Compliance Matrix and ensure annual reviews with stakeholders.
* Fully own the management and upkeep of the LMS.
* Design, develop, or procure digital learning content to meet business needs.

* Advise on professional and academic qualification pathways.
* Develop and implement a Skills & Competency Framework for all roles.
* Build clear career pathways for key roles across RVG.
* Continuously refine and improve the induction and onboarding journey.
* Own and maximise use of the Apprenticeship Levy.

* Produce monthly compliance reports and quarterly L&D KPIs for the board.
* Support the Director of People & Change in planning and managing the training budget.

* Skilled at building credibility and delivering practical, impactful solutions.

Experience

* 4‑6 years' experience in Learning & Development.
* Proven experience developing teams, managers, and talent pathways.
* Experience across both large organisations and SMEs, with an understanding of scalability and agility.
