Key Responsibilities
* MIS Management: Take full ownership of the school’s database (e.g., SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor), ensuring all student and staff records are accurate and up to date.
* Reporting & Analysis: Design and produce complex data reports on student attainment, progress, and attendance for the Headteacher, Governors, and Ofsted.
* Academic Reviews: Setting up and managing the data entry cycles for termly reports to parents and internal assessment windows.
* Census Returns: Managing the timely and accurate submission of the DfE School Census and other statutory returns.
* Timetabling: Assisting the Deputy Headteacher with the annual construction and maintenance of the school timetable.
