We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Lead to join Hampshire Cultural Trust at a pivotal point in our journey. This is a senior, short term opportunity to shape and strengthen our approach across a diverse, multi-site organisation, ensuring our framework is not only compliant but forward thinking, resilient and fit for the future. A bit about you You’ll provide strategic leadership, independent oversight and expert guidance to enhance Health and Safety across HCT. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to review and strengthen existing systems, governance and assurance arrangements, while supporting the development of a sustainable long term operating model. A key expectation is to drive the transition from a compliance led approach to a proactive, risk based culture, embedding accountability, improving reporting and ensuring Health and Safety is fully integrated into organisational decision making.
