OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of print production/facilities management to end-user customers. Activities involve running various print production equipment, organizing and completing customer projects, maintaining customer relationships, and additional tasks including mail delivery and equipment inspections.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operate office/production equipment
2. Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers)
3. Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database
4. Clean and maintain office equipment when necessary
5. Delivery of customer mail within the office or remote locations
6. Distribute supplies as required
7. Problem-solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
8. Perform quality inspections before, during, and after the output of each production run
9. Perform operator maintenance on equipment
10. Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
11. Point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs
12. Provide excellent customer service skills
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLSETS & ABILITIES:
13. High School Diploma or equivalent
14. Ability to work in a team environment well with others
15. Ability to learn multiple accounts and multiple tasks at accounts and continue daily operations when the main operator(s) are out of the office
16. Basic technical troubleshooting skills
17. Able to use PC, perform and demonstrate intermediate use of, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
18. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a Customer Service role
19. Ability to sort/deliver mail
20. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
