Job Description: Sous Chef

We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, working shoulder to shoulder with the team and reporting to our Head Chef.
As a Sous Chef, you’ll work with a menu full of flavour, provenance, and seasonality. Our all-day menu celebrates the diverse, modern French food landscape with indulgent French classics balanced with lighter options.
The kitchen is yours as a Sous Chef. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a motivated, safe environment for all our Chefs. You’ll support the Head Chef and General Manager by maintaining the kitchen in top condition and ensuring the team has everything needed for a successful shift.
