The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance operations on a part-time basis. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and internal approvals.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing travel and subsistence claims, fees, and authority for payment forms
2. Reconciling travel advances
3. Reviewing Purchase Card receipts and transactions
4. Goods receipting
5. Preparing and processing journals
6. Calculating and processing internal recharges
7. Approving purchases via the internal system

9. Confident using internal finance systems and tools
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team
11. Previous experience in a finance administrative role is desirable.
