We are working with a global tech business in West Bromwich who are seeking a proactive and approachable individual to join their team. This role will start on a temp-to-perm basis, offering excellent scope to grow into a supervisory position in the near future.
The Role
Administer, review, and maintain customer and supplier contracts.
Ensure accuracy and compliance across all contract documentation.
Manage updates within ServiceNow (or similar contract management systems).
Act as a fair and professional point of contact for disputes from sales teams or customers.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth contract delivery.
Proactively look for ways to improve processes and systems.
Support management with reporting, audits, and general contract administration.What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a contract administration or contract management role.
Exposure to ServiceNow or other CRM/contract systems is desirable.
A strong communicator who is patient, approachable, and professional.
Someone hardworking, forward-thinking, and not afraid to get stuck in.
Ability to manage disputes in a fair and balanced way.
