This role will be a full time position and require being office based initially during training, looking to then move to a hybrid role. In this role you will be responsible for supervising, organising and motivating team members who are in data technician roles including apprentices. As a team lead you will be the contact point for all data technicians, meaning you will need to be a strong communicator and proactive in identifying potential issues, resource restrictions and escalating these as necessary.Reporting progress to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration with the editorial manager and account management will be required.Additionally there will be timelines and targets which you will need to engage and motivate the team to achieve. This role gives you the opportunity to work alongside data technicians, analysts, developers and external third parties to improve the quality of automotive catalogue data across the sector. With appropriate training and experience, you will become pivotal to delivering outputs to the automotive aftermarket. You will be able to think logically, problem solve, suggest solutions and be a self-starter in this role.
