Overview
An established manufacturer producing a variety of components and parts in a fast‑paced, volume manufacturing environment is recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator to join a team of five. The role offers full support and training from day one and further opportunities for development.
Schedule & Location
Temporary. Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑17:00 and Friday 8:00‑14:45. BS3 Bristol. Pay £13.81–£15.78 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Manage key customer accounts and order requests, delivering excellent customer service.
* Ensure orders contain correct information and are reconciled to the customer schedule.
* Coordinate with production to ensure customer satisfaction and timely dispatch.
* Purchase materials in line with the production plan.
* Coordinate the transport of materials to sister company and finished goods to customers.
* Oversee material stock control and supervise dispatch of manufactured goods.
* Provide general administrative support and customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent attention to detail, with sales administration and customer‑service experience.
* Drive to learn and develop, and a willingness to play a vital role within a team and business.
* Good level of IT skills; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
* Ideal for those with prior experience as a supply chain, sales, purchasing or customer‐service administrator. Manufacturing or supplier‐based background is beneficial.

* Pay £13.81–£15.78 per hour (equivalent to £28,000–£32,000 per annum).
