Management Accountants! Elite Recruitment are looking for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing and super friendly successful company based in Exeter. As a Management Accountant your role will include: Month-end close and preparation of management accounts & reports Analytical review of financial results and control of ledgers & registers Stock reconciliations and oversight of accruals/prepayments VAT returns (UK & Ireland) and French Direct Debit collections Treasury management across multiple accounts and currencies Supporting year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation Collaborating on ERP, reporting, and process improvements What We're Looking for: Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel (intermediate/advanced) Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across departments Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving Manufacturing and ERP experience desirable, but not essential Hold a professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), or be part qualified and working towards completion.
