Administrator Permanent Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Copford (Hybrid working Available) Key Roles & Responsibilities as an Administrator: Issue renewal quotations and follow up to retain business from current clients Responding to new enquiries from clients. Follow up clients who have requested a maintenance offer. To follow up on quotations submitted to clients. To respond to client enquiries in a professional and polite manner. Liaise with other departments in a timely and professional manner either by email or phone. Essential Experience as an Administrator: Proficient Microsoft Office Skills Professional & courteous Customer Focus Attention to details Organised & self-motivated Company Benefits available as an Administrator 20 days holiday bank holidays rising by 1 extra day for each completed year of service to a maximum of 5 days.
