Permanent, full-time role.
37 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3pm working from Wellington Depot.
Grade 12: £29,711 - £33,067 per annum.
28 of days annual leave not invluding bank holidays.
What will I be doing?
We're working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you'll be a key part of that. In this role you will:
Provide good customer service to our residents.
Ensure that works are deliver and executed to the highest standard.
Work within occupied and unoccupied properties.
Work with team members and colleagues, liaising with planner a co-ordinating around the daily activity.
Work with other trade teams delivering joint solutions.
Have good communication skills.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:
Level 2-3 NVQ or equivalent or City & Guilds Apprenticeship served.
Critical thinking, problem solving.
Planning and organising materials.
Mechanical skills, working with various power tools, wood working machinery.
Precise attention to detail essential.
