This is a 4 month fixed term project opportunity Our client a top UK financial and advisory services practice is looking for a commercially focused Risk Assessment Auditor with proven experience in ECCTA legislation audit, risk control and compliance procedures within a professional services setting. As Risk Assessment Auditor you will take the lead on ECCTA regulatory processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, policies and certifications, and drive operational excellence across the Practice's Head Office and satellite office network. Based in the City of London, you will play a pivotal role with responsibility for developing and implementing risk assessment reporting controls, systems and risk mitigation to help shape how the company works. This is a unique career opportunity for a qualified Risk Assessment Auditor with ECCA regulatory experience to make the numbers work
What you'll be doing
Carry out enterprise wide Risk Assessment minimise risk, manage internal processes and authorisations
Finance controls
Contract authorisations
Partner and staff expenses
Capital expenditure process audits
BD expenditure and tracking.Lead and manage internal audits across a range of operational areas including wholesale risk assessments, supplier onboarding, staff expenses, timesheet.
Conduct internal risk assessment
Compliance with all relevant regulations
Thorough audits across all business areas.
Preparation of reports
What We're Looking For:
• CIA qualification preferred or equivalent
• Proven experience leading Risk Assessment audits ideally within a professional services firm
• Solid knowledge of ECCTA regulatory procedures.AML regulations and experience
• Strong analytical and numerical.Confident communicator able to challenge and collaborate with senior leaders and partners
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own workload
