PPA Teacher (Primary) – Bispham

Contract: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)
Salary: MPS (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Bispham to recruit a motivated and adaptable PPA Teacher to join their team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable experience across different year groups in a supportive school environment.
The Role
As a PPA Teacher, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Provide high-quality teaching to cover teachers’ planning, preparation, and assessment time
* Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff
The Ideal Candidate
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an ECT
* Are confident teaching across the primary age range
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
* Are flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic
* Have a passion for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
