Key Responsibilities: • To manage a busy Reception desk • To welcome and deal with all pupil, parent/carer and visitor enquiries in a warm and professional manner. • Answer telephone enquiries ensuring an effective service is provided by either filtering the calls, passing the enquiry to an appropriate member of staff or by dealing with requests for information • To provide a high standard of customer service in all dealings with stakeholders • Provide general administrative support across the Academy.
