We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to join a well-established and highly successful optical practice in North London. The Role
As a senior member of the dispensing team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice whilst delivering outstanding patient care and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Dispensing and advising patients on the best optical solutions
* Styling frames and recommending suitable lens options
* Carrying out pre-screening tests
* Conducting contact lens teaches
* Supporting the smooth running of the practice
* Assisting with reception and administration duties where required
* Handling children's dispensing and more complex cases
* Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
* Troubleshooting and resolving patient queries professionally and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
* Be a qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
* Be up to date with CET requirements
* Deliver excellent customer service consistently
* Be confident working both independently and within a team
* Have strong dispensing knowledge and experience
* Be enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to continue developing
* Enjoy supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge within the team
