How You’ll Make an Impact
* Design, develop, and implement digital solutions that improve business processes and performance
* Develop and maintain applications using C# and related technologies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions
* Enhance and optimise existing systems to improve usability, efficiency, and reliability
* Support the integration of systems, data flows, and digital tools across the business
* Contribute to data‑driven initiatives, including reporting, analytics, and data modelling
* Support project delivery, including planning, testing, documentation, and deployment
* Provide technical guidance and support for both custom‑built and standard applications
* Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardise processes
* Evaluate new technologies, tools, and vendor solutions to support continuous improvement
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and digital trends
What You Bring
* A passion for digital innovation and continuous improvement
* Strong experience with C# and familiarity with modern development frameworks (e.g. ASP.NET)
* Experience developing or implementing digital or software‑based solutions
* Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work across technical and operational teams
* Ability to translate business needs into practical technical outcomes
* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
