Brands Hatch is one of the UK’s most prestigious race circuits, ownedand operated by the Motorsport Vision Group (MSV). Throughout the 2025race season Brands Hatch has and will play host to some of the UKsbiggest motor racing championships including the Fanatec GT WorldChallenge, Bennetts British Superbikes & BTCC. Alongside our raceevents we host some of the UK’s biggest automotive festivals includingAmerican Speedfest and our renowned Trucks and Fireworks Finale.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Hospitality and Events Coordinatorto work with our Hospitality and Events Manager overseeing allhospitality functions at the circuit. Brands Hatch boasts twocorporate hospitality floors hosting up to four hundred guests forraceday hospitality, meetings, conferences and corporate drivingexperiences. Along with fifty-six independent Brabham Stewart suitesoffering fantastic views overlooking the start/finish line.
Collaborating closely with both the Corporate Sales and Cateringteam, the Hospitality and Events Coordinator will assist inorchestrating unforgettable hospitality experiences for our guests.
Job duties will involve:
Contact for up to forty annual suite holders with extensiverelationship managementAdministrative duties including Preparation and distribution of function sheetsBriefing documentsKeep our internal CRM database up to date with accuratecustomer records and event detailsEvent/conference critique forms data collection & entryand help compile summariesEvent specific preparation including room set up, internal andexternal signageEnsuring invoices are raised by the sales team and that clientsadhere to the standard MSV payment termsAs required, check annual suite holder contracts and maintain apositive relationship with suite holders, ensuring other members ofthe department do the sameCollate health & safety documentation as required from clientsMaintaining an accurate and up to date purchase order system,taking responsibility for raising purchase orders for the dept onceapproved by the Hospitality and Events Manager
You will be / have:
Previous front of house experience within the Hospitality andEvents IndustryEducated to A-Level standard or equivalentExcellent written and spoken EnglishTo be a good communicator at any level, both written and verbal,with an eye for accurate detailExcellent organisation and planning skillsStrong teamwork ethic within and between departmentsAbility to prioritise workloads and meet deadlinesAbility to demonstrate a meticulous level of attention to detailHighly motivated and energetic with a can-do attitudeWilling to work long hours, including evenings and weekends

This is a permanent position based on 42.5 hours a week includingweekends. Given the dynamic demands of our events, adaptability tovarying working hours, particularly during weekends and evenings willbe essential. A full UK driving licence is also essential for thisrole due to the need to travel to various areas across the site.
