About the Operations Supervisor role: As Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role supporting the Facilities Manager and leading the Support Crew. You’ll ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. You’ll be a role model for the team, creating a welcoming, organised, and well-maintained environment for guests. Responsibilities: Support and motivate the Housekeeping Team to maintain high morale and productivity Oversee general maintenance tasks, including fixing machinery and completing minor decorative repairs Conduct regular cabin checks to ensure everything is in good working order and address guest-raised issues promptly Respond to and resolve maintenance concerns, including appliance issues and heating/hot water problems Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance challenges as they arise, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction What Are We Looking For?
