We are currently looking to recruit a Director of Sales who will deliver and implement the business unit sales strategy plan and deliver competitive advantage for the PTG business through increasing sales capability. What s the role? As Director of Sales, you will design and implement the overall sales and customer relationship management strategy for CMS Danskin while also taking responsibility for the delivery of sales and profit growth through the direct management of key divisional accounts and the through delegation to the external sales team. You will also ensure that the sales team have a clear understanding of what is expected of them in terms of performance and delivery while acting as a role model where you demonstrate the SIG behaviours and create a culture within CMS Danskin which generates profit whilst recognising and promoting the absolute importance of health and safety, and environmentally responsible behaviour. What you ll bring: An experienced Director of Sales or Sales Manager with a proven track record of determining and implementing sales strategy and delivering growth and profitability. Successful sales experience in, and in depth understanding of the Opco, together with new business development and major project sales experience. Customer focus with a commercial orientation. Business Awareness and Development ability, capable of analysing and identifying market and product opportunities and supporting the business in exploiting them. Proven negotiation ability together with strong powers of persuasion and influence. A high achiever who is ambitious, career centred and likes to work to demanding goals and targets. Able to demonstrate leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Well Organised and able to organise a team effectively, Planning, Problem Solving and Decision Making ability.
