Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR support the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offer challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
Role
We are looking to recruit a Power systems studies engineer for a 12-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Responsibilities
* Power systems studies for onshore and offshore projects.
* Study types include local power, renewable power including BESS or grid connections at voltages up to 220kV.
* Equipment sizing, load flow, short circuit, dynamic motor starting, harmonic studies, arc flash, transient stability, protection co-ordination.
* Run power system studies and oversee third party vendors providing power system studies for projects.
* Intermediate experience using ETAP software.
* Work with multi discipline project team and deal with client and KBR stakeholders.
Qualifications
* University degree in relevant subject matter.
