The Role You will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence files, including: Delayed diagnosis claims Surgical negligence Birth injury and catastrophic injury matters Fatal claims Consent and treatment disputes The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists on complex, high-value litigation while also maintaining autonomy over their own files. Candidate Requirements Applications are welcomed from candidates who have: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status Previous experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters Strong client care and communication skills Ability to manage files independently A compassionate and professional approach with vulnerable clients Experience within a reputable PI/Clinical Negligence team NQ candidates with relevant seat experience through to experienced fee earners are encouraged to apply.
