What You’ll Do
* Lead with Purpose: Drive packaging excellence, deliver projects on time, and be the expert on packaging feasibility.
* Champion Sustainability: Own and lead the EU sustainability roadmap, set targets, and ensure compliance.
* Inspire and Empower: Lead and develop a team of 5 packaging professionals, fostering innovation and excellence.
* Collaborate and Influence: Partner with global teams, suppliers, and be a key voice in the leadership team.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven expertise in packaging development, especially rigid plastics.
* Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, or related field.
* 3–4+ years in FMCG, ideally in beauty or personal care.
* Experience delivering complex projects and leading teams.
