POS Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a POS Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for the creative development and production of all our in-store Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring effective in-store execution and efficient production against a busy schedule. This role is field‑based and focuses on promoting Hip and Knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimizing customer service to grow existing accounts through technical expertise.

Area Sales Representative – Plastic Building Products

Industry Sector: Plastic Plumbing, Building Products, Plastic Drainage, Roofline Products, Drainage Products, Roofing Products, Plumbing Systems, Plastic Building Systems, Pipe & Fittings, Cladding, Decking, Facias, Guttering, Independent Merchants, National Merchants, Building Merchants, Plumbers Merchants, Roofing Merchants, Plastic Stockist, Merchants, Contractors.

Area to be covered: Circa 25‑mile radius from Hemel Hempstead (Buckinghamshire, North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire).

Remuneration: £40,000 – £48,000 + bonus (based on experience).

Benefits: £6,500 car allowance or company car & benefits package.

Responsibilities:

* External field sales position selling a range of plastic building products such as fascias, guttering, cladding, decking, sills, drainage, roofing, insulation, windows, doors and bathroom panels.
* All time spent selling to general builders, commercial contractors, bathroom installers, roofing contractors, roofing installers, decking installers, plumbing merchants, builder merchants, UPVC stockist, housebuilders and local authorities.
* Average order values can range from £200 – £10k depending on type and size.
* Turnover target will be set after a 3‑month probationary period and experience level.
* Work closely with Area Manager and Sales Director.

Qualifications and Attributes:

* Must have construction sales experience.
* Knowledge of general builders, commercial contractors, bathroom installers, roofing contractors, roofing installers, decking installers, plumbing merchants, builder merchants, UPVC stockist, housebuilders, local authorities.
* Motivated and driven.
* Computer literate.
* Outgoing, enthusiastic and confident personality.


Business Development Manager – Strategic Accounts (CIP)

Location: Field Based – Home Counties.

Package: Up to £26k + 10% bonus, small company van + fuel card.

Territory covers: Watford, Harrow, Hemel Hempstead, Slough, Uxbridge & surrounding areas.
