As we grow, we seek a passionate, resilient HR Business Partner to make a difference and support several of our businesses within the RCI Group, providing comprehensive HR support and helping drive business growth.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage employee relations, providing employment law guidance aligned with ACAS and CIPD standards.
* Support HR activities aligned with business goals.
* Build strong relationships with business and regional teams.
* Assist managers with investigations, disciplinary, grievance issues, and occupational health referrals.
* Support organizational restructuring and transformation processes.
* Identify process improvement opportunities in partnership with operational teams and HR leadership.

Job Details
Location: Head Office, Stevenage - Hybrid working
Salary: £43,700 per annum
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
