As we continue to expand rapidly in the European market, we are looking for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our team and grow with us. This is a full-time, UK-based sales role. You will play a key role in driving our business growth.
Responsibilities
* Identifying and targeting potential clients in the UK market
* Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Preparing and delivering sales presentations & product demos
* Negotiating contracts and closing deals
* Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
* Tracking and reporting sales performance metrics to management
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or related industries
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent customer service mindset and ability to build trust
* Experience in sales management or training team member is a plus
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
