A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing Work closely with the F&B Manager to deliver smooth, high-quality service across the restaurant and bar. Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring the team is set up for success and guests leave delighted. Lead by example on the floor, supporting the team during busy service and stepping in where needed. Drive standards in service, presentation, and compliance, keeping everything polished and professional. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication and efficient service flow. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training, helping team members grow and thrive in their roles. Monitor budgets, stock levels, and ordering, keeping a sharp eye on costs and profitability. Contribute ideas to enhance menus, promotions, and guest experiences, bringing creativity and energy to the role. Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling feedback with confidence and ensuring issues are resolved quickly. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven experience in food and beverage, ideally in a supervisory or assistant management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication and organisational skills, balancing guest satisfaction with operational priorities. Commercial awareness and an eye for detail, with the ability to manage budgets and drive revenue. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and keeps calm under pressure. Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and a hands-on approach to getting the job done.
