Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Gym Supervisor who will supervise all activities in the gym and deliver an exceptional experience for members 7 days a week. The role blends leadership of the Personal Training Team with active membership of the gym team, including delivering personal training and classes.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor all gym activities and ensure a fabulous experience for members daily.
* Manage the Personal Training Team.
* Deliver personal training sessions and lead gym classes.
* Help team members feel a sense of belonging and thrive.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
* Passion for health and fitness and ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
* Excellent communication and interaction skills.
* Prior experience in the fitness industry.
* Passion for customer service.
