Your new role As Site Agent, you will take a lead role in the successful delivery of a large-scale highways project, working closely with Senior Management to ensure the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing teams and subcontractors, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of site delivery.
