Key Responsibilities: Manage a Portfolio: Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenants are happy. Tenant Support: Be the main contact for tenants, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance and repair work, liaising with reliable contractors. Conduct Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify any maintenance needs. Rent Collection: Ensure timely rent collection and manage any arrears.
